I am an editor/assistant editor and genre film fanatic from Copenhagen, Denmark - now based in LA.

I started my venture into filmmaking at European Film College, an international eight-month intensive film program in Denmark, where I developed a taste for editing and writing, with a focus on comedy, science fiction, and horror. I since gained my bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Studies from The University of Copenhagen, and spent a semester abroad studying at The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!). Finally, I got my Master of Fine Arts from USC School of Cinematic Arts’ Film and Television Production program (Fight On!), where I fell in love with living in Los Angeles..

I have a solid background in editing, having worked professionally in television as assistant editor on the Danish versions of Survivor and MasterChef, as well as on several independent and acclaimed productions, both short and feature-length. I’ve worked with motion capture data, VFX, and Unreal Engine in my time at USC, and I have experience cutting trailers and sizzles. Organization and efficiency are really important to me, and I love coming up with creative solutions for any project I am a part of.
